We have been using Omninet for quite some time for email services and website hosting, their support is pretty good.

If there is an issue you can count on talking to a real person instead of a bot, and emails will get replied to within the hour.

A telephone service provider that is helpful , listens, calls back and is based in NZ - yes it does exist! and I cannot be more happy with our dealings with them.

Due to adopting Starlink to get a reasonable internet service we wanted to keep our old land line number and they provided VOIP to do this.

Their technical support was excellent - they provided a test phone to check everything would work via Starlink before we committed and proceeded with the final set up.

The technical support person was most helpful and they respond to requests for help almost immediately.

Thank Goodness! I've been using Omninet for over a year now and really enjoying the support on tap.

The best however was today, when thanks to having Omninets' affordable and effective back up in place,

Omninet was able to restore a whole Google folder that I had accidentally deleted over a month ago.

Brent is the go to guy to speak to re IT. Omninet provide all of your IT requirements where it is phones hardware, anti virus backups etc. They even do broadband
