- Maintenance is conducted on a routine basis for all computers and servers to ensure they are kept up to date with patches for the operating system and antivirus.
- Updates to the system are critical to stay on top of to ensure security within the business and negates known threats and risks that are patched by updates.
- Disk space is assessed and cleaned regularly.
- Each device is checked for any known issues in their system logs.
- If required, specified 3rd party software can be updated too on the devices too.
- Regular device maintenance allows us to gain insight on the overall health of your devices over a long period of time, which can help us assess longevity and make recommendations.
